Hermann Spangenberg George Coetzee Eugene de Bruin

Hermann established the Assessment Centre Study Group in 1981 under the auspices of the Institute of Personnel Management. One of the features of the Study Group – particularly during its formative years – was to bring out top assessment centre experts from the USA for the annual conference.

This practice specialises exclusively in the application of Assessment Technology to help people to make wise decisions about people. He has developed customised assessment centres, trained assessors, administrators and conducted assessments in a wide range of work settings.

Deon Meiring Hennie Kriek Sandra Schlebusch

Deon is Professor in Industrial Psychology at the Department of Human Resource Management, University of Pretoria in South Africa (2010). He also holds an Assistant Professorship extraordinary at the Department of Industrial Psychology at Stellenbosch University, South Africa (2007).

Hennie Kriek is President of TTS-Top Talent Solutions Inc. and CEO of the TTS-Talent Group. He also serves as Professor Extraordinarius at the Department of Industrial and Organisational Psychology at the University of South Africa. His most recent position was that of President of SHL Americas (USA, Canada and Latin America). Before that he was the founding member and Managing Director of SHL South Africa.
